Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the incredible Shoes That Fit program and the amazing donor groups in our community! 🥰 Thanks to your generosity, so many of our Chargers are stepping into school with brand new athletic shoes! Dual Language Immersion is a program that will teach students to be bilingual, biliterate and bicultural in English and Spanish starting at the kindergarten level. Mission Crest Elementary School is potentially going to begin this program in kindergarten in the 2026-27 school year. Our 2nd grade Chargers had a magical time wrapping up their fairy tale unit with a parade and ball! The parade was a sight to behold, with princesses, princes, and other fairy tale characters marching through the halls. 👑 ¡Nuestros Chargers de segundo grado lo pasaron de maravilla al concluir su unidad de cuentos de hadas con un desfile y un baile! Who says learning can't be fun and delicious? Our 2nd graders are having a blast learning about the Earth's layers using marshmallows, jello, and toothpicks. They're so engaged as they build their own edible models of the Earth! Way to go, Chargers! ¿Quién dice que aprender no puede ser divertido y delicioso?
