This is a reminder that we return from our Fall break tomorrow, 10/17. We also have our next parent club meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 10/18 at 9:30am in room 45. On Friday, 10/28 our parent club will be hosting a trunk or treat / haunted maze event from 5:00pm-8:00pm. This event will be open to all of our families. There will be a small fee to enter the haunted maze. Thank you and GO SPARTANS!
Good evening Spartan families. This Friday, 10/7/22 is a minimum day for secondary schools. CMS students will be getting out at 12:32pm. Please plan accordingly for pickup. We would also like to remind our families that we will have our Fall break next week, 10/10 through 10/14 which means there is no school for students. Enjoy your time with family and friends and we will see everybody back at school on 10/17 at 8:00am.

Good afternoon Spartan families. As a result of an amber alert incident involving law enforcement on the I-15 freeway at Main St. at approximately 11 am today, 9/27/22 there are traffic issues throughout the city that may delay school bus drop-offs. This incident DOES NOT involve any HUSD schools or students. At this time our thoughts are with our brave law enforcement officers as they deal with this volatile situation.

Attention all Spartans! Tutoring is now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3:00-4:00pm. All students are welcome to attend. For those students who ride the bus to and from school, busing is available after tutoring.

Please be sure to look these reports over and should you have any questions or concerns reach out to your child's teacher. A parent/guardian signature is required on the progress report prior to returning it to his/her 1st period teacher.
Reminder..... We have our second Parent Club Meeting of the year scheduled for Tuesday, 9/13 starting at 9:00am. Please be sure to turn in your volunteer form to be approved for these meetings. Go Spartans!
Good evening Spartan families. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some students were unable to have their school picture taken today. DCPhotoraphy has made accommodations to extend picture day through tomorrow. We also have a scheduled makeup day for 10/19 for those students who would prefer to wait until that time. Important Day!!! Picture day is THIS Thursday, September 1, 2022. All students will need to have their picture taken regardless if they plan on purchasing pictures or not. Students will be taking their pictures through their PE class. If you are interested in purchasing pictures, please follow the link provided to purchase. We would also like to remind our families that students are not allowed to wear slides or Crocs for PE. We ask that all students bring a pair of tennis shoes to leave in their PE lockers. Wearing slides and Crocs during physical activity does present a safety risk which we are trying to prevent. Thank you and Go Spartans!
